Rome concerts at Temple of Venus and Roma
Free entry to concerts in shadow of Colosseum.
The Parco Archeologico del Colosseo stages an international music festival at the Temple of Venus and Roma from 19-22 June, following the success of the previous three editions of the event.
The 2025 Venere in Musica concerts are free of charge but booking is required, while seats last, with reservations becoming available from 12 June.
The programme comprises concerts by Vinicio Caposela (19 June), Malika Ayane (20 June), Salif Keita (21 June) and Bombino (22 June).
After the Venere in Musica festival, the same ancient Roman venue will host Maestro Pasquale Menchise ‘Great Music between Opera and Pop. Homage to George Bizet for the 150th anniversary of his death’ (24 June) and an evening dedicated to Sufi music and the dance of the whirling dervishes with the Turkish Sufi Music Group and Sema – Ensemble Metropolitan Municipality of Konya (25 June).
Entry is from Piazza del Colosseo starting at 20.00, with the shows running from 21.00 until 23.00. For the show on 19 June access will be open from 19.30.
